Plus 150 LVP

Plus 150 LVP is a compact, fully automatic inspection machine for vial inspection, with index motion technology for a reliable and efficient detection of cosmetic defects, cap closure, and contaminants.

Plus 200 can process ampoules, cartridges, and vials containing injectable liquid products, freeze-dried, high-viscosity, and suspension products up to 200 pcs/minute.

Plus 400

Plus 400 is a compact, fully automatic inspection machine and extremely flexible for a wide variety of products, with continuous motion and servo drive technology for a reliable and efficient detection of cosmetic defects, tip/cap, color ring detection, and contaminants. Plus 400 can process ampoules, cartridges, and vials containing injectable liquid products, freeze-dried, high-viscosity, and suspension products up to 400 pcs/minute.

The main machine turret moves with continuous motion; cameras and lighting sourcesed are mounted in a movable arm which, in perfect synchronization, follows the main turret through a dedicated servo motor and its processing CPU. Two containers are inspected simultaneously by each inspection station located into the main turret.

Note: There is no mechanical system to drive the turret and the oscillating arm, no mechanical friction; the system is completely friction-free for long-lasting use, and always perfectly synchronized

Plus LVP

Plus LVP is a compact, fully automatic inspection machine that is extremely flexible for a wide variety of LVP products into glass and plastic vials, with continuous motion and servo drive technology for a reliable and efficient detection of cosmetic defects, cap closure, and contaminants. Plus LVP can process vials containing injectable liquid products, high-viscosity, and suspension products up to 300 pcs/minute.

Main machine turret move with continuous motion, cameras and lighting sources are mounted in a movable arm, which in perfect synchronization follows the main turret through a dedicated servo motor and its processing CPU. Two containers are inspected simultaneously by each inspection station located into the main turret.
